Hola envie una pregunta anteriormente, sobre el preámulo de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, pero ya lo consegui en otras investigaciones realizadas por usted, soy docente en Venzuela y necesitoque usted me amplie una explicaión sobre los artículos 102 y 103, de la Constitución de la república de Venezuela de 1999.
